Marcus Beedle with CMRA is a force to be reckoned with…

Marcus Beedle decided that he would eventually continue the family tradition of motorcycle road racing after seeing his first World Superbike race at Assen, Holland from the paddock and garage area. In 2006, Marcus tried a few races in the CMRA just to see if he would like racing. By 2008 Marcus was under the mentorship of Bryan West.

Marcus won his first race in Formula 5 (RS65), 2ndin Clubman (RS85) and 3rd in 125gp. 2009 started off on a bad note when he was training on his KX85 prior to the start of the CMRA 2009 season. He was thrown off at high speed and broke his left collarbone.

By May 2009 he was ready to go. He had not raced since October 2008 but he picked right up where he left off. In the CMRA Mini Endurance he set the fastest lap out of 48 teams and dominated his sprint races. Team Gleam (Marcus Beedle/Conner Blevins/Bryan West) had there first CMRA Mini Endurance overall win at Hallett August 2009.

At Texas World Speedway Feb 2010, Marcus had a convincing win in Formula 5. He then teamed up with Conner Blevins in CMRA Mini Endurance race. Even though they started on the 7th row, Team Gleam ended up in 3rdoverall. Marcus also finished strongly in Clubman with a 2nd place and 3rd in Heavyweight Twins on his RS125.
