Port Perry, Ontario – Bobby Fong, on the Hindle-powered Quicksilver/Latus Motors/Kawasaki ZX-10R, brings home another win during Race 1 of the Bazaaz Superstock 1000 class this past weekend at Utah Motorsports Campus (formerly Miller Motorsports Park) during Round 5 of MotoAmerica.

Fong also placed 4th in the Motul Superbike race, which coincides with the Bazaaz Superstock 1000 race. After Saturday’s Race 1, Fong was able to jump back into the top spot in the Bazaaz Superstock Championship points.

Bazaaz Superstock 1000 Race 1 Podium: Fong in 1st, Scholtz in 2nd and Lewis in 3rd

After having such a successful Race 1 on Saturday, Fong had his sights set on another back-to-back podium finish. Unfortunately, after a challenging Race 2 where many competitors were fighting the track’s technical layout, Fong crashed in a tight left-hand corner and was unable to finish the race.
Equally disappointed but eager to get back up there, Fong is now in 3rd place  in the Bazaaz Superstock 1000 Championship points, only 9 points behind the 2nd place spot of Jake Lewis and 26 points behind the 1st place spot of Mathew Scholtz.
