Although we are unsure what team Henry Wiles will be riding for or the logistics of the deal, we know that he will be aboard an XR 750. Wiles announced last night on the NMC Talk Show that he will be on a Harley for the remaining 2 rounds of the 2013 season at Santa Rosa and Pomona.

Henry went on to mention that he is already working on things for 2014 and he seemed very optimistic about his chances for some success yet this season as well as next season.

According to a Facebook post by Wiles, he was told by Lloyd Brothers Motorsports after Springfield Mile weekend that they no longer required his services and he was released by the team. Henry is 4th in points, 25 points behind leader Brad Baker.

Our guess: Look for Henry on a fast XR 750. He isn’t going to ride something subpar, especially after riding such good motorcycles all year long. We are thinking it’s a new team or something you haven’t seen at the track this season. We are also thinking they are located in Michigan, but until we know for sure, we will keep guessing along with the rest of the pits. Henry did mention he won’t be riding the bike until Practice 1 at Santa Rosa, so I guess at the very latest, we will find out on September 29th.
